Sin city- film

This movie 'Sin city' is about an evil city and the people that live there and how there paths cross.

I am interested in graphic novels because they are cool and i like surrealism in the movie.

Surrealist and high contrast imagery and a good story line.

I would use the ideas of composition of light and dark in perticular the shadows and lighting on faces.

Banksy

I like banksy Because it is addressing popular culture in a humorous or visually powerful way.He combines the environment which the artwork is painted on. Within the artwork itself to make it powerful artwork.

My boyfriend loves Banksy as well. he even has a T-Shirts!

Korean Art

They're stomping on the little guys! I wish I could get better detail here (or see this in real life) to see what's going on with said little guys. Presumably they're pretty unhappy about being kept down by the Man. The nameless, faceless, well-dressed Man, wearing newly shined shoes with soles that are HARD. But this is all speculation, as they are too small for me to read their faces or body language--I suppose they could be resigned to their lot, or even satisfied with being a part of something bigger than themselves.
